ABBEY WAREHOUSE

Plans have been fully approved for a modern glass and timber building designed highly regarded Cornish Architect Barry Briscoe. The impressive design was inspired by the sail of a ship and takes full advantage of the beautiful water's edge position adjacent to the Abbey Warehouse.

The consent is for the 2500 square feet three storey building to be a cutting edge restaurant or with a change of planning consent it would make some very impressive light and airy offices.
